For over two months I have not been able to access events and now also the lobby
At log-in I read GENERAL ERROR.
Maybe it's possible to unsubscribe, so that I subscribe again?

Now I can enter the lobby but not the server and I find myself out of GTR2, on the desktop.
I did not change computer, equipment or other things.
I do not understand what the matter is.

Carried out a further new installation (the third time) and I have tried to enter online with FerBel as driver name. NO result.
Now GTR2 tells me: could not connect to the server!
Any further suggestion?

Hiho,

you have 2 accounts with the same online key. Once FerBel WITHOUT blank and then FER BEL. Have you tried both accounts? Can you get into the lobby?

Edit: Correction, there are even 3 accounts with the same online key. The 3rd is called ferry

Hi MichaW.
I tried to access online again both with the driver's names FER BEL and FerBel. No success: it kept saying "could not connect to the server"
I then tried to access with my usual driver's name FLB and at last I managed to access both the lobby and the server, what is more with the original GTR2 (not the new GTR2s I have been using several times during the last two months).
The problem seems solved at the moment!!!
Therefore I am please asking you to delete the many driver names I have been using so far while trying to solve the problems I always met at the events: FER BEL, FerBel, FLB1, FLB2, FLB3, ferry and perhaps a few more names...
I thank you very much for your help and already apologise if I need your support again at the next event.
