Moin zusammen,

der Kassenstand ist wieder aktuell (Stand: 14.08.2025).


Wichtige Information:
Leider habe ich beim Vergleich der fortlaufenden Liste der Spender und den gespendeten Beträgen eine Unstimmigkeit zu unserem aktuellen Kassenstand festgestellt.

Es ist weniger Geld in der Kasse, als Spenden eingegangen sind.

Ich habe festgestellt, das mit dem plötzlichen Tod von Klaus (Noplayer) im Februar 2024, bis zum Eröffnen der neuen Bankverbindung und Umstellung von PayPal (beides seit 05.04.2024 aktiv) noch Zahlungen auf das alte Konto erfolgt sein müssen.

Daher habe ich alle Zahlungseingänge bei PayPal und unserem Bankkonto mit denen der Spender aus unserer Liste verglichen. Das Problem dabei: Ich kann die Zahlungseingänge nur bis zum 05.04. 2024 zurückverfolgen und verifizieren.

Gerade im Zeitraum vom 15. Feb. bis 05. Apr. 2024 haben aber besonders viele Leute gespendet, wobei ich nachträglich nicht mehr nachvollziehen kann, auf welchem Weg die Zahlungen eingegangen sind.

Wir müssen also davon ausgehen, dass in diesem chaotischen Zeitraum noch ca. 190,- € (Differenz vom tatsächlichen Kassenstand zur Spendenliste) auf das alte Konto geflossen sind.

Um aber den aktuellen Kassenstand mit den Guthaben auf den Konten abzugleichen habe ich die Spendenübersichten von Februar bis April 2024, und damit auch die Jahresaufstellung 2024 manuell korrigiert und neu hochgeladen.

In der jetzt aktualisierten Spendenübersicht wird somit das tatsächlich vorhandene Guthaben angezeigt.

Ich weiß, dass im Moment Urlaubszeit ist, aber vielleicht findet sich ja noch der eine oder andere, der einen Euro übrig hat, um damit die Buden am Laufen zu halten. Die durchschnittlichen, monatlichen Kosten für die Server belaufen sich auf ca. 250 €, und es wäre schön, wenn wir diesen Betrag regelmäßig mit Spenden decken könnten.

Info: Bislang haben wir 3 Spender, die monatlich auf unser Konto (31,11 €), und 2 Spender die regelmäßig (alle 2- 3 Monate / ca. 30,- €) per PayPal spenden.

Unser ausdrücklicher Dank geht aber explizit an alle bisherigen Spender, egal wie hoch der Betrag war!

Important information:
Unfortunately, when comparing the ongoing list of donors and the amounts donated, I noticed a discrepancy with our current cash balance.

There is less money in the cash register than the amount of donations received.

I have determined that with the sudden death of Klaus (Noplayer) in February 2024, payments must still have been made to the old account until the new bank account was opened, and PayPal was switched over (both active since April 5, 2024).

Therefore, I compared all incoming payments to PayPal and our bank account with those of the donors on our list. The problem with this is that I can only trace and verify incoming payments back to April 5, 2024.

However, between February 15 and April 5, 2024, a particularly large number of people made donations, although I am unable to trace how the payments were received.

We must therefore assume that approximately €190 (the difference between the actual cash balance and the donation list) were transferred to the old account during this chaotic period.

However, to reconcile the current cash balance with the account balances, I manually corrected and re-uploaded the donation overviews from February to April 2024, and thus also the 2024 annual statement.

The updated donation overview now shows the actual balance.

I know it's vacation time now, but maybe there are still a few people out there who have a euro to spare to keep the server running. The average monthly cost for the servers is around €250, and it would be great if we could cover this amount regularly with donations.

Info: So far, we have three donors who donate monthly to our account (€31.11 total) and two donors who donate regularly (every two to three months / approx. €30) via PayPal.

Our sincere thanks go out to all donors, regardless of the amount donated!
